Club Statement of Intent
Trafford Aikido believe all should enjoy Aikido in a safe and enjoyable setting particularly those for whom Safeguarding exists. This approach helps us to achieve :-

If you have a concern over a child under 18 years or vulnerable adult - then report your concerns:-
If the child is at immediate risk - follow the Incident protocols - Safeguarding Concerns........(flowcharts) as set out on our Association's website from our Governing Body.
.......... on safeguarding and protection issues. Unless to do so would place a child at risk of harm your first point of contact should be our Club Welfare Officer (CWO) (Who is the Lead in the Club for Safeguarding although the NGB refer to it as Child Protection.
