Women's Sport Week 19th to 25th June - Free Taster Session

 

Taster Session we are offering free Aikido sessions in support of Women's Sport Week 19th to 25th June #WSW2017

The taster sessions are for those 16+.

How do you register? - simply email the club letting us know your name, address and which session suits. We will email back confirming your space. But numbers are limited. In the event we are oversubscribed we will try to accommodate in a later class in July.

Sessions available are:-

Tuesday 20th June 19:30 to 21:30 - Studio 2 Total Fitness, Denmark Street.

Thursday 22nd June 19:30 to 21:30 - Upper Practise Hall, Altrincham Leisure Centre.

Sunday 25th June 18:30 to 20:30 - Upper Practise Hall, Altrincham Leisure Centre.

So in the session we will be covering stance, personal space, movement and introduce you to basic aikido techniques and what aikido is all about.

Because of the way our classes are structured, beginners are welcome to start at any class not just these Taster Sessions. So come along and have a go at something different!

Trafford Aikido we have two high-ranking ladies, Sue and Hephzi, on the Coaching Team. So for these Taster sessions they will be lead by a female.
